Kelton Hughes Ministries is on the frontlines of what God is doing in Europe—raising up a revival base in Cluj, Romania that is already impacting lives across the continent and beyond.
In obedience to the voice of the Lord, Kelton, his wife Anna, and their two young children relocated from the U.S. to Romania. They came not with a grand plan, but with a simple yes—to carry the Gospel into Europe and contend for a move of God that would shake cities, equip laborers, and touch the nations.
Since then, we’ve seen:
• People delivered and healed by the power of Jesus
• Entire communities awakened
• Young leaders answering the call of God on their lives
• Individuals relocating from other countries to be part of the fire
And this is only the beginning.

We’ve recently secured a building in Cluj, which will serve as a central missions base—a revival center where the presence of God is hosted, the Gospel is preached with boldness, and revivalists are equipped and sent out.
But the space needs work. And to build it into what heaven has designed, we need partners.
Not just donors—senders. Builders. Intercessors. Family.
There is a great deal of preparation ahead, and it will take significant resources to make this base fully operational. But we believe God is raising up those who carry the same burden—those who may not go physically, but who will go through their giving.
This isn’t just about Romania.
This is about the Gospel going forward into Europe, the Middle East, and the nations.
